Promoting Excellence in Corporate Performance

The Center was established with a view to promote excellence in performance of duties and responsibilities by actors at every level,  in organizations and institutions, in every sector or industry.The Center also concerns itself with any social, economic or cultural phenomenon affecting the general society at any given time through appropriate medium and forum of exchanging information.

Training and Education 

  • Developing and conducting both Management (Soft Skill) and Technical Skill course programs and manuals for all types of corporations, institutions and organizations, both in the public and private sectors.
  • Conducting on-site/off-site training of professionals at all operational and  performance levels 
  • Conducting tailor-made training programs for employees at all levels of organizational/institutional  hierarchy 

Seminars, workshops and Conferences

  • Developing, convening and facilitating seminars, workshops and Conferences on important topics to enrich organizations, institutions and general public with latest knowledge and skills on given subject matter. 
  • Partnering with stakeholders in conduct training seminars, workshops and conferences for the general public (Youth Groups, Women Groups and Communities) on specific areas and projects.

Youth Entrepreneurial Awareness

  • Organizing and convening Youth Entrepreneurial Awareness training forums 
  • Collectively helping address the unemployment problem among the youth, creating wealth for self-sustainability, by providing them with opportunities to develop their leadership skills, training in self-employment job oriented skills, and access to resources and linkages needed to realize their potential as young social and economic entrepreneurs. 
  • Instilling and enhancing both Management and Technical Skills in the youth who have the energy and willingness but lack basic knowledge and/or skills to economically develop and empower themselves.
  • Enabling the youth form self-help groups that would enable them access Government Funding through Youth and Women Enterprise Funding

 Capacity Building

  • Developing and promoting a conceptual approach to development that focuses on understanding the obstacles that inhibit people, governments, international organizations and non-governmental organizations from realizing their developmental goals; while enhancing the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results.
  • Bringing together professionals with similar skills and knowledge with a view of enhancing, exchanging and building the skills and knowledge further for progressive growth and development.
  • Establishing a process of increasing skills, infrastructure and resources of individuals, organizations and communities.

Team Building

  • Working as a team is a great idea, but what sort should it be? A relay team, a football team, a cricket team, a tug-of war team? The appropriate type of team and the way in which functions are divided vary enormously, depending on the task in hand and the skills of the members. Teams are complex machines and it's not surprising that they malfunction occasionally or need re-alignment or team-building.
