Course Objectives:
Main objectives of this course include; to enable participants:
• Develop a deeper understanding of the fundamental concepts, principles, terminologies and best practices that relate to procurement, transport and logistics management
• Develop ability to formulate effective procurement strategies, optimize supply chain operations and design efficient logistic processes
• Coordinate activities across the supply chain to achieve seamless operations from sourcing to distribution
